Jewelry Selection

Gold, silver and pearls are in Zoara’s selection with diamonds and gemstones being the specialty. Engagement and wedding jewelry comprise the bulk of the collection. All diamonds are certified by the Gemological Institute of America and AGS Laboratories. Furthermore, each diamond is inspected individually by a member of the Zoara staff.

Ring Collection

The cornerstone of Zoara’s products include engagement, wedding and anniversary rings. Customers may purchase pre-set items or design their own. Diamond experts are available to help choose the right diamond and customers may view product videos and pictures in 3D to make a better decision before making a purchase.

Offering D-K color, .2 through 14 carats, and IF through I1 clarity, buyers have an endless amount of options. Extensive tools on the Zoara.com website allow users to simulate color and carat size of diamonds before purchasing. A database of proposal stories, including some botched, are available for customer education and inspiration.

Payment and Delivery

In addition to offering 3 and 6 month in-house payment plans, Zoara accepts PayPal, Google Wallet, wire transfer and credit cards. Free shipping on all orders, domestic and international, sets Zoara apart from their competitors. Orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS. International customers are responsible for all taxes and customs fees related to their order and may be required to pay a handling fee.

Return Policy

With the exception of custom, damaged, worn or otherwise altered products, customers may return any purchase within 45 days. Returned items must contain the original receipt and diamond grading report. Shipping and handling on return items is not free.
